Filling your basket
Once you have made your choice and wish to order, go onto the product page and select the colour and size of the article. Click on “add to basket” to put the article in your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping to add more articles, or proceed to checkout. To pay for your order, click on “show basket” in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage. After checking the contents of your basket, click on “checkout” and follow the instructions. To go back to the previous step, click on the picture of the bag at the top of the page.

Your customer ID

Creating your customer ID to confirm your order is very simple and won’t take more than a moment. This will allow you to enter your contact details only once – they will load automatically when you log in at your next visit.

Delivery
Your articles will be delivered to the address you specify when ordering.
If requested, we can ship your order as a gift to a different address. Specify this when entering your shipping address. The invoice will be sent to your billing address.
For orders over 200€, shipping is free to France and the rest of Europe. For orders under 200€, the shipping fee is a fixed rate of 10€ within France (delivery in 2 to 4 days) and 20€ to other European countries, Norway and Switzerland (delivery in 1 to 3 weeks).

Payment

You can pay for your order online by credit/debit card, or via PayPal. You can also pay by telephone (credit/debit card). Online payment (crédit/débit card)
You can pay online using VISA, Mastercard or a French carte bleue.
Select “credit or debit card” when choosing your payment method and follow the instructions.
We use Cyberplus Paiement, a secure online payment system which guarantees a safe payment. When directed, enter your card details and follow the instructions. Your card details will not be stored by Hidden Cabin.

Payment via PayPal
You can pay online using PayPal.
Select “paypal” when choosing your payment method and follow the instructions.
Hidden Cabin is pleased to use PayPal to provide secure online payment services. PayPal guarantees a totally secure online payment and offers a simplified, user-friendly procedure. With your PayPal account you do not have to re-enter your details for each transaction.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your Hidden Cabin order.
If you do have a PayPal account, log in to your account on the right-hand side of the page and follow the instructions.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on “continue” under “don’t have a PayPal account?” on the left of the page and enter your credit card details when prompted for an easy and secure online payment

Payment by telephone

Select “credit/debit card” when choosing your payment method click on “next”. Leave a comment on the following page with your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as we receive your order so that you can proceed with payment using your credit or debit card. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to noon and from 2pm to 6pm (GT+1 time zone). You can specify the time you wish us to call you in your comment, even if it is outside our office hours.
